Which personal data do we process about you?

We process the following personal data:

We do not process special or sensitive personal data.

For what purpose do we process those personal data?

If you purchase our products, we process your personal data in order to deliver and invoice our products. We also process your personal data to inform you about new products, price changes, open days, etc.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We do not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected.

If you contact us, we will keep your personal data for a maximum of one year as part of our quality policy.

If you buy our products, we will process your personal data as long as our business cooperation continues and orders are placed from one of our suppliers. If our business cooperation ends, we will delete your personal data as soon as this is permitted by law.

Do we share your personal data with third parties?

If you have placed an order for one of our products, we may need to share your personal data with the supplier to enable delivery.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

We conclude a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure at least the same level of security and confidentiality as our own policy. We remain responsible for these processing operations at all times.

Do we process data from children under the age of 16?

We do not intend to collect information about individuals under the age of 16 unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us at privacy@jep-agenturen.com, then we will delete this data.

How can you exercise your rights?

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by JEP! Agenturen and you have the right to data portability. You can send a request to that effect to privacy@jep-agenturen.com. We can ask you for identification to ensure that the request for access has been made by you. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but always within four weeks.

How do we secure your personal data?

How do we deal with changes to this privacy statement?

The current privacy statement has version number 1.1. We reserve the right to make changes. The privacy statement will then receive a higher version number. Changes will be published on this website.
